-Any dispute concerning bill must be reported within 5 days.
-Failure to receive bill does not relieve customer of penalty or liability of amount due. Penalty added to bills not paid by 4:00 PM on the 10th.
– $25.00 Delinquent fee added to bills not paid by 4:00 PM on the 19th. Services will be shut off on the 20th.
-Additional $25.00 service fee added to accounts for services restored after regular hours.
